Essay

Thesis contains data concerning peculiarities of clinical course, EEG, Doppler-sonographic and conjunctival changes in this disease. Also it is performed investigation of psychological and emotional state of patients with usage of multifactorial method of personality examination, assessment of serum nuclease activities, rate of nucleic acids and concentration of serum medial molecules among women with encephalopathy, which deepened our understanding referring to pathogenesis of the ailment and allowed to solve diagnostic problems in this contingent of patients. It is worked out regiment of differentiated treatment for women with climacteric syndrome with usage of instenone.
