Object - I.Kocherga's dramatic art. The purpose is to analyze I.Kocherga's creative heritage in aspect of problematization by the writer modern currents as systems of transitions from symbolisms to postsymbolism and to mastering a socialist realism canon. There are such methods as descriptive and comparative. It's explained both sources of the playwright's art thinking, and the way of evolution of the artist from early symbolism through postsymbolism, magic realism to the mature literature of socialist realism. The aesthetic phenomenon "of I.Kocherga's theatre" in aspect of problematization by the writer modern currents has enabled to look after stage by stage development of the playwright. The productive factors of the I.Kocherga's poetic world are determined, the specificity of images-symbols, myth, romantic symbolic, national idea in the artist's creativity is revealed.
