Essay

The research highlights the peculiarities of post-operative period in women after hysterectomy because of the genital endometriosis. It was determined that the operative treatment without administration of the rehabilitation therapy results in the improvement of health and life quality only in one third of women and that depends on the volume of the operative intervention, duration, peculiarities of the disease process, psychoemotional characteristics of the patient's personality. The criteria of the diagnostics for the syndrome of ovarian exhaustion in women after hysterectomy with preservation of ovaries were developed on the basis of studying the clinical process, hormonal status and metabolic processes. Differentiated non-hormonal and hormonal complexes of post-operative rehabilitation with the detection of stages, volume, tentative duration and criteria for efficiency control for women with genital endometriosis were grounded, developed and approved.
