Optimisation of indications to small bowel intubation in disseminated peritonitis and acute bowel obstruction, a choise of bowel intubation method is substantiated, the character of difficulties in stent inserting through duodenum during intubation was investigated, the method of stent inserting through duodenum was elaborated and used in clinic, the method of enteric failure management by means of drugs introducing through intubational stent was proposed, that permitted to improve results of patients treatment in comparison with traditional methods.
