Shepitsen A. Strategy of providing competitiveness of enterprises of agrarian sector of economy

The object - the process of formation the result system of maintenance the competitiveness of agricultural enterprises in market condition. The goal - development of the complex system of maintenance competitiveness of agricultural enterprises. Methods - monographic, abstract and logic, methods of the economic analysis, correlation and regressive, graphic, optimization and imitating. The novelty - the features of competitive relations in agrarian sphere, which explained by natural specification of production, by the process of estrangement agricultural manufacturer from ultimate consumer and by the discrimination the agricultural enterprises in dividing profit from reprocessor and trade enterprises, were specified and took the scientific basis. The expediency of segregation the competitive environment from external environment were offered and ground, which give the possibility during development of the strategy concentrate resources on factors, which have direct action to the competitive position of the enterprise. The complex system of evaluating the competitive environment of agricultural enterprise was developed, which based on analysis the level of market concentration and indicators of effectiveness manufacture of main agricultural production. The common method of evaluating the competitiveness of agricultural enterprise was discovered in the dissertation. Its essence consists in dividing the competitiveness of agricultural enterprises by potential competitiveness (the level of providing enterprise with manufacturing resources) and current competitiveness (the competitive capacity of production). The practical proof of the discovered method was accomplished in the work. The main ways of improvement of government regulation for creating the effective environment in agrarian sphere were investigated. The main directions and methods of maintenance competitiveness of agricultural enterprises were assigned and grounded, based on stage-by-stage increasing the potential and current competitiveness ofagricultural enterprise in close connection with factors of competitive environment.
