Platonova O. The designing of multifunctional roll material cut schemes on footwear details

The dissertation is denoted to the actual problem of computer designing of the rational cut schemes of roll material on footwear details with provision for completeness of details and dimensioned assortment. The classification of footwear details accommodation was designed. On the base of this classification the technological and mathematical problems were worded. Designed mathematical model and algorithm of problem solving have allowed to take into account all technological conditions and restrictions, as well as to develop target software, which designs the cut scheme of roll material in automated mode. Software vastly raises capacity of an engineer-technologist labor in shoe production, raises the level of the material usage, reduces the expenses on designing, gives the new possibilities for standardization and investigations. By means of designed program a separate technological factor, which influences upon roll material usage, were investigated. On the grounds of investigations result, tinned outputs, revealed regularities the practical recommendations for production, which increases the level of material usage, were designed.
