Essay

The dissertation is devoted to the complex therapy methods development in patients with acne illness. Correlation between seriousness of pathological process, clinical efficiency of treatment and a degree of infringements in systems of the second intermediaries, of hormones of regulation of the calcareous homostaz, prostanoids, citokins. It was developed the method of treatment of patients with use of membrana stabilizating antiinflammatory therapy (syrup of a sweet root internally and ointment "Streptonitol-Darnitsya" loccally). Reduction of terms or significant improvement at 85,7%, increase of duration of remissions, reduction of number and a degree of display of relapses of disease at 80% of patients on acne illness is achieved.
