Based on forecasting outcomes of a trauma, on the analysis of the reasons, and on the quantity and quality of complications, periods of high risk and optimum terms of surgical treatment of crises of a femur in different clinico-nosologycal groups were determined. Suggested algorithms allowed to lower mortality 10 -12%, and complications 20%. The algorithms have been used in clinical work of traumatologic branches of hospitals in Kiev, Simferopol, and Vinnitsa. Traumatology and orthopedics.
