. Object of the study: the pregnant women with an incomplete of pregnancy. Purpose of the study: development of the new method of treatment of an incomplete of pregnancy with application of the heterotopic transplantation of the cryopreserved placental tissue and estima-tion of his efficiency on the basis of clinical, immunological and hormonal research receptions. Methods of the study: clinico-laboratory and clinico- instrumental researches, method of a radial immunological diffusion, method of the immunological enzymatic analysis, ultrasonic researches. Practical significance of the obtained results: as a result of the carried out researches the essentially new pathogeneticed prov method of treatment an incomplete of pregnancy with use of the heterotopic transplantation of the fragment of the cryopreserved placental tissue is developed. By results of study the level of Hormonums and immunological parameters proved it greater efficiency compared with wide-spread methods of therapy. Uses of the givenway will allow to expand an arsenal of the methods treatment an incomplete of pregnancy.. Novelty of the obtained results: for the first time, uses of the heterotopic transplantation of the functionally active placental tissue for correction of immunological and hormonal shifts are offered at an incomplete of pregnancy. For the first time on the basis of the analysis of clinical changes, hormonal and immunological parameters at treatment of threat of an abortion is shown, that the heterotopic transplantation of a cryopreserved placental tissue introduces immune suppressor effect, restores broken cellular and fabric homeostasis, stimulates development of the fetoplacental complex and process of synthesis of sexual steroids, which assists conservation and progress of pregnancies. Introduction: the developed method of treatment of an incomplete of pregnancy with use of the heterotopic transplantation of the fragment of the cryopreserved placental tissue entered in practice of conducting the pregnant women with the immunological and hormonal forms of an incomplete of pregnancy in obstetric-gynecologic departments of the Kharkov City Specialized Clinical Maternity Hospital № 5, Kharkov Interregional Center of Planning Family and Human Reproduction, Chuguev Central Regional Hospital. The theoretical positions and practical references of dissertation work are used in pedagogical process of faculty of an obstetrics and gynecology № 1 of the Kharkov State Medical University.
