The investigation of hetero phase reactions of salicylalmonoethanolaminate copper(II) and nickel(II) complexes with water vapour, ammonia and hydrazine by the method piezo quartz microweighing has shown, that this reaction described by model of a monomolecular layer formation as for Langmuir. The presence of water vapour in reactionary medium is necessary requirement for binding gaseous ammonia with solid Cu(II) and Ni(II) complexes. The influence of the nature of central atom on the capability Cu(SAMEA)Cl, Ni(SAMEA)Cl complexes to form the labile adducts with water, ammonia, hydrazine and diethylamine. The amplification of donor properties of Н2О < NH3 < N2H4 has been shown to correlate with increase stability of the formed adducts. The heterophase interaction of the complexes Cu(SAMEA)Cl·3Н2О and Ni (SAMEA)Cl·2Н2О with hydrazine and diethylamine vapours has shown the coordination of molecule of gaseous ligand directly to the central atom of the complex to result in the destruction of the complex,or in the formation of very stable adducts. The ionic p- complexes of copper(І) with diallilamine and maleinic acid have beendiscovered to form labile adducts with N2H4. A complex of copper (І) with dibenzalazine (Cu3Cl3·2C14H12N2) has been synthesized and its structure has been clarified by X-ray analysis. The complex Cu3Cl3·2C14H12N2 has been shown to add molecule of hydrazine due to formation of a hydrogen bond with nitrogen of the ligand.
