Object: processes of integration interaction at a level of the enterprises. The purpose: development of recommendations on improvement of the organizational-economic mechanism of formation of strategic alliances by the industrial enterprises. Methods: dialectic logic, the qualitative analysis and synthesis, an induction, deduction, the system approach, the technical and economic analysis, economic-mathematical modelling, mathematical statistics. Techniques are offered: the comparative analysis of factors of success of strategic alliances; a choice of a direction of organizational development; a complex estimation of potential of strategic alliances for realization of a choice of the strategic partner; model of formation of strategic alliances; system of factors which assist achievement of effect from interaction of the enterprises as strategic alliances.
