Nechyporenko O. Organizational and economic aspects of forming cooperative off business in agricultural sector of economy

The thesis is dedicated to the investigation of economic problems related to the development of agricultural cooperation, it's organizational and economic aspects, creation and function of producers' and service cooperative societies of different activity orientations, issues of forming of agricultural market infrastructure, cooperative sector of economy and the state regulation of this sector. The analysis of cooperative societies activity with wide showing and summing of the world experience was made. The ways and economic mechanisms for such issues were proposed: for the further cooperation development in agricultural production, for the creation of favorable economic environment for effective activity of producers' and service cooperatives, for the improvement of normative and law bases for the agricultural cooperation development. The objective necessity of forming of cooperative sector of economy was proved, the basic principles of cooperative structures forming, the methods and actions of intra-economic mechanisms and the stages of realization of economic mechanism in service cooperative were worked out.
