Essay

The thesis is devoted to determination of the optimum parameters of reproducible technology of synthesis of materials based on the layered crystals InSe and GaSe, intercalated by anions of bromine, atoms of magnesium and molecules of nonlinear dielectrics (NаNO2, KNO2). Complex investigation of intercalation by high mentioned host components influence on kinetic and polarization properties of obtained compound has been carried out. Due to application the impedance spectroscopy method accompanied with thermodynamic analysis and traditional methods of investigations a connection of high mentioned properties with technological conditions has been established. On the basis of carbon-graphite materials with activated surface the optimum conditions of creation and processing the electrodes for double-layer capacitance has been developed as well as their exploitation characteristics has been measured. The properties of charge storage of the obtained intercalates with nonlinear dielectrics has been experimentally substantiated. Optimum regimes of technology of the capacitors manufacturing has been found. Respective samples have been manufactured and their exploitation characteristics have been measured. The conditions of limiting of the intercalation processes in low dimensional and pored materials has been determined by alternative current measurement method.
