The dissertation is devoted to the solution of theoretical, methodological and practical aspects regarding forming and implementation of marketing strategies at mobile communications enterprises. The work introduces theoretical sense of marketing strategy, concept and procedure of strategy forming and the most popular strategic models and methodologies. In the dissertation current situation and future perspectives of mobile communications business in Ukraine and abroad are deeply analyzed. The level of usage in practice of theoretical strategic models at mobile market is determined, the main problems connected with realization of marketing strategies are covered. The methodology of strategic analysis for mobile operator is offered, the model of marketing strategies forming for mobile communications companies is proposed. Recommendations regarding marketing strategies are given for the leader of mobile market of Ukraine - Kyivstar GSM.
