The thesis is dedicated to mining of a complex of clinic-diagnostically tests, dermatoglyphic and cytogenetic markers of formation acute thrombophlebitis of the lower finitenesses and installation of necessity of its surgical treatment. The applied techniques of definition of a level of cell adhesive solvable molecules I type, malonic dialdehyde, coagulation indexes of a system and local blood, cytogenetic indexes before operation and for the seventh day after operational interference have allowed to justify efficiency of a surgical method of treatment of this illness. Is designed the program of rational examination ill on an acute thrombophlebitis and varicose vein with the count of ancestral predisposition to these illnesses.
