Essay

The author made the analysis of politics of contemporary legal, social states in the sphere of assuring and protecting of rights of a person and of a citizen, arguing the objective character of the need to enlarge the number of law-protecting state institutions. The thesis highlights the practice of contemporary legal states towards the realization human rights and civil liberties. The M.V. Davydova systematised the main trends in classification of states by the level of activity in social and economic rights realization. She analysed the modern concepts of democracy based on human rights values. The author argues that the human rights are among the main exponents of comparative study of democracies and of political systems generally. The thesis points that new era in evolution of personality and society rised the question about new type of human rights -informational ones. The thesis studied the Ukrainian politics in the sphere of human rights and civil liberties protection.
