Savenkov V. The increasing of the treatment efficiency on the patients with urosepsis by correcting of the peroxidase oxidation of lipids (clinical and experimental research)

The dissertation deals with the problems of increasing the efficiency of treatment of patients with heavy urosepsis by the normalization of processes of the peroxidase oxidation of lipids due to the usage of ozonetherapy. The bacteriostatic action of medical ozone is proved in vitro, according to the microorganisms causing urosepsis. A new method of ozonetherapy has been developed. Optional therapy dozes in physiological solution were defined. Basing on the date about general reactions oxidation homeostasis and morphological investigation of rabbits with the acute staphilococus sepsis the high therapy efficiency of ozonetherapy with antibiotics have been indicated. It was noted that the degree of diseases is correlated with parameters of processes of the peroxidase oxidation of lipids. The new developed complex method of treatment of patients with heavy urosepsis with the usage of ozonetherapy gives the possibility to normalize parameters of processes of the lipids peroxidase oxidation. This helps to stabilize the state of cells membranes and positively effects the homeostasis.
