Essay

The dissertation is devoted to the decision of a problem of increasing of effectiveness of treatment of the patients with hypertension disease (HD) by investigation of metabolic syndrome (MS), blood pressure daily monitoring (BPDM) and heart rate variability (HRV) parameters and there dynamics during prolonged antihypertensive therapy (AHT). 136 patients with HD have been observed, MS has been established in 38 cases. It is determined that there exist the following changes of parameters of HRV and BPDM in group of patients as a whole: increasing of blood pressure (BP), variability of BP (VBP) and index of area (IA), decreasing of daily index (DI), total HRV, tone of parasympathetic system and activization of sympathetic system. These changes were the most expressed in the group of patients with HD, associated with MS. After AHT good results have been achieved in 90,7% of cases, including in group of patients with HD without MS - in 95,8% and in group with HD, associated with MS, - in 84,2% of cases. Itis detected, that AHT favours the positive dynamics of BPDM parameters (DI, IA, VBP), increases total HRV (HRVti, SDNN), and normalizes vegetative balance (HF, LF/HF, RMSSD) in the group of patients with HD without MS mainly.
