Object - of obstetrical and perinatal complications at young pregnant women with subclinical hypothyroidism; methods - clinical, laboratory, tool and statistical; novelty risk factors of occurrence and development subclinical hypothyroidism at young pregnant women are added; for the first time features of a functional condition of a thyroid gland, and also change of some biochemical parameters of lipid, albuminous, carbohydrate and mineral exchanges, their interrelation at young pregnant women with subclinical hypothyroidism are investigated; the received data on feature of current of pregnancy and sorts at young pregnant women with subclinical hypothyroidism and a condition of their newborns; for the first time scientifically proved complex of treatment-and-prophylactic actions for reduction of frequency of obstetrical and perinatal complications at young pregnant women with subclinical hypothyroidism is developed and introduced at use IТI as criterion for his purpose; Results - improvement of currentof pregnancy, sorts and conditions of newborns at young patients with subclinical hypothyroidism by development scientifically proved schemes of treatment-and-prophylactic actions on the basis of studying thyroidis the status and parameters of lipid, albuminous, carbohydrate, mineral exchanges; branch - medicine.
