Essay

Left main coronari artery narrowing in the most terrible lession in the sudden cardiac death sight. It was examined 600 patients (pts) with coronary artery disease.The main left coronary artery disease (MLAD) was revealed in 46 (7,7%) pts without exenside congestive heart failure with the using of selective angiography.It was extimated differenthy coronary artery peculiarataes, lacal wall motion, left ventricular hemodinamic function in pts with MLAD lesions were determined. Possibility of left main coronari artery lession was showed in patiens with the ischemic heart disease. Features of the coronari channel conditions, local contractility and hemodynamic productivity of the left ventricle in patients with left coronary artery trunk affection have been examined and differentially assessed.
