Palianytsia S. The State of angiotensin II, absolute proteolysis, hemostasis and lipoperoxidation an acute period of ischemic insult and their correction.

The content of angiotensin II, products of the lipid peroxidate oxidation, antiradical defence enzyme activity and proteolysis intensity in the cerebrospinal fluid in 105 patients with an acute period of ischemic insult has been examined. Increasing of angiotensin II level has been found to correlates with increasing generation intensity of oxygen active forms and the content of lipoperoxidation products that takes place under conditions of antiradical defence enzyme activity reduction. Administration of losartan and lipin into the treatment of patients in an acute period of ischemic insult has been proved to activate the processes of urinary acidification, normalize thrombinogenesis and intensify blood anticoagulation activity, unlike ordinary pathogenetic therapy. Clinical efficacy of the complex therapy with the of losartan and lipin is higher than with use of angiotensin changing enzyme in pathogenetic therapy, which is proved by positive changes of neurologic focal symptomatology parameters.
