The row of opto-electronic devices in which by using engineering and design methods obtained the laser radiation shift, which transfer the optical information. Thermo-, electro- and magnetooptical characteristics of chiral liquid crystal (LC) were investigated. For the first time were carried out investigation the process of spiral reorientation in ferroelectric smectic LC and continued light scattering process on such structures. At first experimentally studied magnetooptical characteristics of smectic С* liquid crystal. By mathematic modeling method the influence of field distributing and electrodes configuration on a light propagating on a LC medium were found. The influence of distribution border on light propagation process on a multilayer structures with a selective light scattering on cholesterics was found by using mathematic modeling method.
