Komarnitska O. Formation of cattle market and its funktioning

Research object: all forms of the cattle producers in Ukraine and the whole system of providers' and trade companies. Research objective: to study the reference features of the given market formation and market relations during the livestock trade process. To justify the guidelines and proposals on advancing the cattle market with the purpose of usage of sufficient potential of cattle-breeding branch for strengthening of agrarian economics. The main attention is massed on research of economical relations between the agents of the given market, pricing in this branch and substantiation of a state policy rules on support of the given branch. Methods: monographic, abstract-and-logic, statistical-economic analysis (constructive and caluculative, dynamic data, indexes, statistical summaries, expert estimations, correlation) and also personal analytical observations, monitoring (questionnaire). Theoretical and practical results: the new approaches of stimulation of the cattle-breeding branch development with using the state support system are designed; the proposals on auction implementation as a modern livestock trade form are designed; the formation rules of the livestock infrastructure and its rational functioning are determined; the scientific-methodical and practical approaches on advancing pricing and market infrastructure are designed. The scientific guidelines have sufficient applied value and will be useful in the operations of the central and regional management structures. Scientific novelty of the dissertation: the theoretical and the methodological principles of food market formation are adapted to cattle market formation, the relation of a stock market to a conjuncture is determined, is supplemented by new generalizations and made an estimation of the operational livestock trade form in Ukraine; it is designed the guidelines on organization and realization of livestocparticular, provision "Concerning organization and realization of livestock and poultry auctions" and the project Low of Ukraine"Concerning auction activity" (confirm doc. # 37-25-1-15 / 1939 from 25.02.2002). Effectiveness: the scientific guidelines are one of the practical steps to formulation of the effective economic surroundings on the cattle market with the purpose of escalating of volumes of cattle-breeding production and stability of the given market Field, industry of implementation: the system of cattle trading and the sphere of its production.
