Essay

The dissertation represents the investigation of the process of synthesis of biosurfactants by Rhodococcus fascians VKM Ac-1169 and VKM Ac-1163, Pseudomonas sp. PS-17. It is definite, that the hydrophobic substrates are promoters of the synthesis of bіоsurfactants; optimum nitrogen source - sodium nitrate; optimum correlation of carbon to the nitrogen - 24:1. Stimulant influence of citrate Na and Mg2+, Mn2+, Mo6+ on synthesis of biosurfactants is shown. Surface-active and emulsifying properties of culture broth are studied. It is established, that optimum temperature for synthesis of biosurfactants - 30°C, рН - 7. Growth of the strains at periodic cultivation on nutrient mediums with 1-3 % of substratums of different nature with definition of specific growth rates and economic coefficients was analysed. It is established, that Rhodococcus fascians VKM Ac-1169 and VKM Ac-1163 synthesize trehalose lipids, and Pseudomonas sp. PS-17 - homological rhamno-lipids and an alginate biopolymer which form among themselves an active complex. The perspectives of application of biosurfactants for the increase of oil recovery; cleaning soils from the oil contaminations; design of new detergent; for creation of preparations for agriculture are shown.
