The object - patients with atherosclerotic affections of abdominal aorta and arteries of lower extremities; the purpose - improve results of treatment of the patients with ischemia of large intestine after reconstructive operative interventions concerning atherosclerotic affections of abdominal aorta; methods - clinicolaboratorial, instrumental, electrophysiological, statistical; novelty - a way of definition of reliability of paresis of large intestine in the postoperative period at the patients with a injury of infrarenal of a section of aorta is developed; the criteria of an estimation of infringements of motorevacuator function are developed, the degrees of risk of occurrence of paresis of intestine in the postoperative period and are determined stages of compensating opportunities of large intestine at injuries of ifrarenal section of aorta; the efficiency of application of electrostimulation of large intestine is proved at reconstructive operations on aorta; are determined the differential indications to revascularisation of large intestine at reconstructive operations on a aortoiliac segment; results - is developed and is introduced the way of diagnostics and prophylasis of ischemia of large intestine at reconstructive injuries of abdominal aorta; is introduced - all this thesis into educational process, in practice of medical work of departments of a surgical structure; the filed is medicine.
