The object - city with monobranch structure of production, which basis is the Zaporozhskaya Nuclear Power Station (Energodar); the purpose - scientific-theoretical substantiation of forms and methods of government of monofunctional city, city forming base of which is nuclear power stations; method - system-analytical, statistical analysis, economic-mathematical, comparative; novelty - specific social-economical and ecological features of monofunctional city for the first time are revealed, it's established, that under government of monofunctional cities it is necessary to consider them as cities-corporations or cities-businessmen; results - it is advanced classification of monofunctional cities by the number of population and typology in accordance with their economic profile; the theory of program government in representations about impulse method of its realization has received the further development.
