Suhoverhiy V. Reforming of property relations in agrarian sector of Ukraine under mutistructural economy conditions

The theoretical and applied aspects of property relations reforming in Ukraine agrarian sector under conditions of mixed economic formation are considered in the thesis. The essence of property and the forms of its implementation under market transforming conditions and the development of property right implementation are studied. Property peculiarities of and their implementation realization in agrarian sector are determined. The transformation of farm relations is analyzed. The organizational and economic basis of market transformations in agrarian sector and the development of farm formations under multistructural economy conditions are studied. Organization and law forms of farming are determined which are the most suitable for market conditions. The main directions of agrarian formations development and recommendations, on increasing their economic efficiency are worked out. The proposals for state regulation mechanism development and organization and legal agrarian structures development are given.
