Epidemiological, economical and immunological effectiveness of influenza vaccination the employees of different enterprises in Dnepr industrial region by inactivated influenza vaccines have been studied in the dissertation. Firstly in Ukraine the economical effectiveness of influenza vaccination performed by expense of employer was defined. Very low reactogenecity of inactivated vaccines registered in Ukraine was confirmed by the method of active questioning. The dynamics of development and duration of post-vaccination immunity response was determined by standard method. The strategy and tactics of seasonal influenza vaccination among healthy working adults in industrial enterprises were established on the base of the above study results.
