Essay

Thesis gives research of theoretic-legal aspects of collisions in legislation of Ukraine in connection with law-using activity of economic courts of Ukraine. It gives definition of notion, essence and types of collisions in legislation. It proposes the author's vision of the ways of these collisions overcoming in legislation of Ukraine. Peculiarities of collisions in law- using activity of economic courts are given up on the basis of court practice analysis, legislation and scientific sources.
