Bednina V. Intraarterial superselektive polichemotherapy in the patients with urothelial cancer of the bladder.

The dissertation is devoted to the questions of the combined treatment in the patients with bladder in stages T1N0M0,T2N0M0 and T3N0M0. An original technique of internal iliaca artery catheterization for long adjuvant intraarterial superselective polychemotherapy first time is used. First time the clinical trials of anticancer activity and toxicity of intraarterial application of Cisplatin, Doxorubicini and 5- Ftoruracili are carried out. The most effective medical regimen in the patients with papillary urothelial carcinoma of the bladder as cancer resection and intraarterial superselective polychemotherapy is proved. The analysis of traditional treatment is passed to compare a new method of adjuvant intraarterial superselective polychemotherapy in depending of histologic diagnosis, ages of the patients, p53 level and functional status of the upper urinary tract. The opportunity of organ preserving transurethral resection in combination with adjuvant intraarterial superselective polychemotherapy in the elder persons and in the patien tswith conco mitant diseases is proved. Adjuvant intraarterial peviof superselective polychemotherapy increases free of disease and cancerspecific survival of the patients with bladder cancer in cases of predicted adverse factor such as positive protein geny p53.
