Zhornokuy Y. Law regulation of the venture business (civil-law aspect)

The dissertation is devoted to complex research of relation, which appearing during the process of creation the objects of productions property and realization of property right on their using, which defined by the special kind of activity – the venture business. The law nature of the venture in common, the venture business immediately and their subject’s structure was examined. The author is paying attention on the definition of object of the venture business due the legislation about the object of intellectual activity. The necessity of regulation of relation in sphere of the venture business by the civil law is proposed. Contract on performance of scientific-research or research-design and technological works substance of this contract its peculiarities and responsibility for its breach are examined. The author is recommend new scientific propositions about the regulation of the relations in sphere of the venture business and relation, which appeared in process of signing and performance of the contract on performance of scientific-research or research-design and technological works
