Essay

The Dissertation is devoted to improvement of methods of treatment of patients on psoriasis. Correlation between functional infringements in systems of eucozanoids, nociceptive, cytokins and a degree of a seriousness of clinical displays of disease. The new methods of complex tretment of patients on psoriasis with use of eucozamodelling therapies (Sigan - internally, ointments Diprosalik or Indometacin locally) is developed and checked up in practice. Reduction of terms of treatment (in comparison with a traditional technique) for 5-7 days, clinical recovery at 80% of patients - with use ointment Diprosalic in complex treatment, at 71,4% - Indometacin ointment; weaker degree of displays and frequency of relapses at 74,3% - with use ointment Diprosalic in complex treatment, at 71,4% - Indometacin ointment.
