On the basis of results of the complex research 436 patients with acute disturbance of cerebral blood flow at 122 (28%) are revealed hemodinamic significant lengthening, loops and bends exstracranial division carotid artery which were the reason of cerebral blood flow disturbance. The studied particularities of the clinical manifestations of the disturbance of cerebral blood flow, are revealled structured-functional change the brain and its vessels container at lengthenings and bends carotid artery. The designed algorithm of the diagnostics, directed on revealing the lengthenings, bends carotid artery, is determined their role in disturbance of cerebral blood flow and is designed tactics of the treatment patients with disturbance of cerebral blood flow on background of the lengthenings and bends carotid artery. Is shown, that the surgical reconstruction of the changed vessels already in early reconstruction period conducts to more significant regress neurological symptoms in comparison with not operated patients.The analysis remote result operative treatment patients with acute disturbance of cerebral blood flow on background of the lengthening and bends carotid artery and conservative therapy at not operated patients has shown that surgical treatment realistically is more effective in contrast with medical therapy and prevents origin repeated disturbance of cerebral blood flow.
