Essay

The object-patients with different nosological forms of acute intestinal obstruction and diffuse peritonitis; the aime-improvement the results of treating of the patients with intestinal obstruction and diffuse peritonitis; method-clinical examination of the patients, general clinical and biochemical research of the blood, fibrogastroduodenoscopical, ultrasonografical, instrumental methods of research of intensity and duration of adhesive processes in abdominal cavity, citological and statistical methods; novelty-the indications by selection of a way of intestinal intubation are objectivisative, rationalisation of construction of nasointestinal tube for rational realization of intestinal splinting, for the first time is developed the method of definition of toxity of biological environments, on the basis of a combination of separate units and definition of an expedient duration of their realization is perfected the transtubal desintoxication therapy, developed the criterions of definition of terms ofdeleting of nasointestinal tube, which actuate duration of intestinal splinting; results-usage of the proposed management led to a decreas of the rate of postoperative complications among patients with acute intestinal obstruction from 36,2% to 23,4% and from 44,7% to 28,6% among patients with diffuse peritonitis and the level of lethality from 25,3% tо 13,9% and from 30,0% tо 18,7%, accordingly; the results are inserted in practice of the educational process and scientific researches of the Kiev Мedical Аcademy of Рost-Graduate Еducation named after P.L.Shupic. Ministry of Health of Ukraine (faculty of surgery and combustic illness) and also in practice of therapy-diagnostic activity of surgical department of Kiev clinical hospital №6, Chernigov regional hospital and Chernigov regional center of radiation protection and health of the population; the branch-medical science.
