The basic clinical features of frequency, the reasons and structures of premature birth at multipara women are investigated. Features of formation and a functional condition fetoplacental a complex, and also a condition microbiozenosise sexual ways at multipara women with premature birth in the anamnesis are found out. The interrelation between clinical, ehografical, dopplerometrical, endocrinological, biochemical and microbiological researches at multipara women with premature birth in the anamnesis is established. It has allowed to expand the available data about patogenesise premature birth at multipara women, and also scientifically to prove development and introduction of a complex of treatment-and-prophylactic actions on decrease in frequency of the given pathology on the basis of use of antibacterial therapy, correction of hormonal infringements and microbiozenosise sexual ways.
