Nikitayev S. Differentiation of Therapeutic Management of Vesicoureteral Reflux in Neurogenic Dysfunctions of the Urinary Bladder

The dissertation deals with the development of an objectively substantiated system for a differentiated approach towards the selection of a therapeutic decision in patients with vesicoureteral reflux that arose against a background of neurogenic dysfunctions of the urinary bladder and updating the existing treatment modes on this basis. The thesis gives a description of various clinical manifestations in patients with vesicoureteral reflux that arose due to neurogenic dysfunctions of the urinary bladder. The author has developed a system of an objective complex evaluation of the patients' condition and the results of treating vesicoureteral reflux which takes into consideration all the basic clinical presentations. An algorithm of diagnosing and determining a therapeutic decision nosing and determining a therapeutic decision of patients with vesicoureteral reflux has been proposed. It enables to select therapeutic management of patients and evaluate its efficacy on the basis of objective criteria. Updating therapeutic management of vesicoureteral reflux combined with neurogenic dysfunctions of the urinary bladder has been carried out.
