The cost evaluation. and duration mechanism under integrated planning and control realization of building project. Analysis of the organization and technical factors that influence the duration and cost of the work to complete a construction-and-assembly operation of a building and construction project, are carried out in the thesis work. The planning and control activities of the complete building project founded on the management bases which are stated in the thesis.
