Essay

The dissertation is dedicated to problems of creation the magnetotherapy devices on the basis of methods of "bioresonance therapy" with application of a biological feedback. The feedback by way of combination of signals, which one go from the patient, enables, to set parameters and modes of magnetotherapy before the beginning of a medical session and to change them during a session for achievement of maximum medical effect. The devices of magnetotherapy with application of a biological feedback produces a new generation of physiotherapeutic vehicles ensuring a capability of optimum tuning biophysical parameters of magnetic fields pursuant to the objective data going from the patient. The medical-experimental research about influencing of a magnetic field on change of informative parameters of pulse wave is performed and the expediency of usage signals of pulse waves in the form of feedback signals is proved. On the basis of research of amplitude-time responses and Fourier analysis of pulse waves the algorithm of parameters calculation for signals of magnetic field is offered. By results of research and on the basis of transformation method of a harmonic composition of pulse wave is offered the generating method of magnetic field, which one is realized in the device for adaptive magnetotherapy.
