Essay

The thesis is devoted to the analysis of the UN activity in the sphere of human rights protection. It defines the complex of problems in this field. Particular attention is paid to the research of the UN activity regarding the solution of the above-mentioned problems as well as to the definition of role and place of the UN in the international system of human rights protection. Тhe thesis is focused as well on the directions of Ukraine's activity in the solution of problems related to observance and protection of human rights.
