It has been investigated all concerned the features of the central and peripheral hеmodynamic, the phase parameters of cordial activity in the last period of noncomplicated course of pregnancy and in the case of hypertensive conditions. According to results of the research it was proved the necessity of definition of hеmodynamic parameters in the different position of a body of the pregnant women. It was suggested and introduced the scientifically based scheme of the research of cardiovascular system of pregnant women in the last period of pregnancy with the help of postural functional loading which was put into the clinical practice of volume index
