The object is an estimation of diagnostic parameters of cardiac structures by their ultrasonic images; the aim is development of new ultrasonic methods of images processing of the cardiac structures, which providing increase of estimations accuracy of diagnostic parameters and formation of new diagnostic attributes of cardiac diseases; the methods is digital image processing, probability theory, mathematical statistics, the images recognition theory, programming; the new approach lies in the model of ultrasonic images and efficiency index of outlining the contours that was obtained, in the methods of outlining the contours that were offered, in the new method of finding the diagnostic attributes of cardiac diseases that was developed; the main include accuracy of estimations of diagnostic parameters is raised, recommendations for the choice of a method of contours outlining are given, the software is developed; The methods are introduced in IGUS AMSU and in KNURE; the field is ultrasonic diagnostics
