122 patitnts with reumatoid anthritis are odstrvtd.. It is adrisable to perform an echocardyographic examination and w study HRV of all the patients with rheumatoid arthritis in order to make an early diagnosis of the heart impaerment and the type of myocardial dysfunction , and to prescrible a proper treatment. It is necessary to analize the data of HRV in patients with rheumatoid arthritis. To individualize therapy of myocardial dysfunction, it was worked ont and applied in clinical practice the principle of differentiation in the treatment of the patients with angiotensin conversive enzime inhibitors and beta-adrenoreceptor blocers in accordance with the type of dysfunction of the left ventricle myocardium.
