Subject of the study: children with different phenotypic manifestations of first hyperuricemia. Purpose of the study: To improve treatment and prophylaxis of children diseases connected with hyperuricemia. Methods of the study: To verify the diagnosis clinical examination and generally accepted laboratory studies were used. Blood plasma uric acid in blood, excretion urates in urine during 24 hours, clearance uric acid, levels of ATP, ADP, AMP were determined. Immunological study included the study of phagocyte activity of neutrophils, the level of main clases of immunoglobulins (A, M, G), circulating immune complexes, lymphocyte subpopulations. Science novelty: We have revealed the basic clinic syn-dromes of hyperuricemia in children with different disor-ders of purine metabolism. We have given the clinical and laboratory characteristics to different phenotypic manifes-tations of hyperuricemia. We have revealed the peculiari-ties of lipid, carbohydrates, proteins, electrolytes, uric acid, macroergic nucleotides, phagocytosis, humoral and cells immunity in children suddenes different forms of hy-peruricemia. We have bond established between immu-nological disorders and peculiarities of purine metabolism and lipid. We have dynamic studied change of purine me-tabolism, macroergic nucleotides and other kinds of me-tabolism on the different stages of acetonemic state and without ketoacidosis in children suffering cyclic acetone-mic vomiting also. It has given scientific grounds of intro-duction of membrane stimulating preparation ATP-LONG into complex therapy of children with hyperuricemia. Practical significance of the obtained findings: We have revealed correlation between disorders purine, coupled kinds of metabolism and immunity in children with differ-ent abnormality of purine metabolism. This makes neces-sity of medical supervision for such patients from the early childhood. We have revealed certain features of homeo-stasis disorders characteristic for various manifestation of hyperuricemia in childhood. This make possibility progno-sis these diseases begin in adults. Degree of introduction: The findings of the research were introduced into the work of department of City Children's Clinical Hospital No. 16 (Kharkiv), City Children's Clinical Hospital No. 6 (Dnipropetrovsk), regional children's hospitals (Kharkiv), Donetsk, Zaporizza, Ivano-Frankivsk, Chernivtsi, Lugansk), Children's Territory Medical Department (Evpatoria) Sphere of application: medicine, pediatrics.
