The author researches the actual problems of the definition of the legal nature of the sources of the criminal-procedural law. The concept, the types and the system of the sources of the criminal-procedural law are dealt with. The conclusion about the polynormativity of the regulation of the criminal-procedural relation are grounded. On the grounds of the made research the concrete suggestions concerning the improvement of the criminal-procedural legislation are formed.
