Semenyaka V. The civil-law regulation of insurance in the sphere of airspace activity

The thesis is an independent scientific work, devoted to the development of the actual civil-law problems of the airspace activity insurance revealing of the gaps in the Ukrainian jurisprudence and legislation; improvement of legal regulation of insurance relations. The author studies the civil-law content of the airspace activity insurance, forms of insurance of the airspace activity risks, circle of members of insurance obligation and their status. The questions of civil legal relations in the case of obligatory insurance, distinguishing features of contract relations of insurance in the sphere of airspace activity, scientific classification of insurance contracts have received primary attention. Considerable study has also been given to civil-law aspects of airspace risks reinsurance with respect to the experience of foreign countries. Interesting scientific conclusions have been drawn; annexes and amendments of the legislation in force have been substantiated as well..
