This paper analyzes ichthyofauna in Molochny Liman. Dynamics of fish diversity is researched regarding to oscillation of water quality indices, caused by natural and artificial reorganization of the water body. Main population indices of fishes in the water body are studied with taking into account abiotic (hydrological, hydrochemical, etc.) and anthropogenic factors (intensity of artificial support of hydrological regime, industry).
