Tsikalo V. Prescription of civil legal relations.

This dissertation deals with the complex research of the institution of prescreption of civil legal relations and the perspective on legal regulation of this Institution in Ukraine. The thesis considers the process of establishing and developing the Institution of Prescription of civil legal relations. The features of prescription of civil legal relations, on the basis of which author(s determination is suggested, are systematized. Taking general notion of the prescription of civil legal relations into consideration, it is suggested to determine the main notion of its kinds, viz.: prescription of claims; acquisitive prescription and the statute of limitations for compulsory fulfilment of voluntary unfulfilled duty.
