Vaskovskij O. Legal regulation of the relations under the agreement on settlement - cash services.

The dissertation thesis covers the theoretical analysis of the agreement on the bank account as a separate civil - legal institution within the system of the enterpreneurial agreements, therein the suggestion was made as to its definition. The private - legal character of the mutual relations between a bank and a client in regard of effecting the settlement - cash transactions is shown in the dissertation thesis. The investigation of some legal notions such as "non - cash funds", "bank account", "legal account regime" was carried out and the suggestion was put forward as to their definitions. The thesis focuses on the analysis of the rights and obligations of the parties under the agreement on bank account and the limits of executions thereof were outlined. The system of clearing types was studied and such form of settlement as "credit transfer" is introduced. The problem of the civil - legal responsibility under the bank account agreement was analyzed.
