Essay

The dissertation is dedicated to increase the efficacy of surgical treatment of patients with perforated peptic ulcers by complex therapy and laparoscopic operations. Use of laparoscopie in complex therapy allows to reduce frequency of early postoperative complications - in 1,6 and 1,2 times, recurrences within 5 years after operation - in 1,7 and 1,3 times.
