Essay

The problem of existence of permanent rotations of mechanical system around an inclined axis is investigated. The necessary and sufficient conditions of existence of permanent rotations of a rigid body with gyro around an inclined axis are found. The zero solution of system is stable for dynamically symmetrical carrier. For dynamically asymmetrical carrier the zero solution as a rule is unstable. The necessary conditions of stability of stationary motion for double-link pendulum with a rotating rotor are obtained. The conditions of asymptotic stability of equilibrium of a physical pendulum with joined linear oscillator are obtained.
